The new Finger Flexor Training Method for Rock Climbers

TURNTILLBURN is a new method of exercising finger flexor muscles: alternate rolling in and out movements, executed dynamically eccentric as well as concentric, against your body weight and over the entire range of your finger flexors.

A steel tube is mounted on stainless steel ball bearings and is attached to a chin-up bar. Find your optimum exercising intensity by hanging free or adjusting weight by touching the floor with your feet.
